I'm from a poor European country, but I'm not BIPOC. Am I allowed inside the coalition?
No. The Free Coalition is an exclusive community for BIPOC marketers and developers only.
I belong to the BIPOC community, but I don't reside in a developing nation. Am I allowed inside?
Yes, you’re welcome. No matter where you live, BIPOC folks have the same struggles. You’re welcome inside the coalition even if you live in a developed country.
How long do I get access to the coalition?
You get lifetime access to all recorded training, masterclasses, interviews, guides, and resources.
Mentorship works on a 4-week rotation system. Once your initial pairing ends, you’ll be matched with a different mentor based on availability and your current needs. Priority is given to new members, but the rotation ensures everyone gets ongoing support.

You’ll never pay for anything at Free Coalition. We’re funded by sponsors and donors who believe in closing the wage gap for BIPOC professionals.
I'm new to marketing/development, and I don't have any experience at all. Can I still join?
Yes! You can start with our recorded masterclasses and training materials right away. Once you have some foundational experience (even from personal projects or learning), you can apply for 1-on-1 mentorship.
